Best for: Active use of one area, or when activity must stop before repair or sealing work
One-Way Door Installation
A one-way door fits over the active entry point. Squirrels leave on their own but cannot get back in. Once the activity stops, we seal the opening. This avoids sealing animals inside the structure and works well for active attic and roofline entries.
Best for: Squirrels actively coming and going through one known opening
Entry Point Sealing

How do I know if there are squirrels in my attic?
The usual signs are scratching or running sounds during the day, a squirrel that keeps climbing to the same part of the roof, visible chewing near soffits or vents, and disturbed insulation or nesting material in the attic. If you are not sure, an inspection will confirm it.
Trapping or a one-way door, which is better?
It depends on the building and the activity. A one-way door works well when squirrels are coming and going through one known opening. Trapping is the better choice when they are using a specific area, or when activity must be controlled before repairs. Your technician decides after inspection.
Can you inspect roof areas that are hard to reach?
Yes. Where needed, we inspect upper rooflines and other elevated areas with a drone flown by a certified drone operator. This lets us check difficult spots safely and find entry points that are easy to miss from the ground.
Will the squirrels come back after removal?
